• Other users’ websites that use our Services, while you are logged in to your account with us.

We only collect information about you if we have a reason to do so–for example, to provide our Services, to communicate with you, or to make our Services better.We collect information in three ways: if and when you provide information to us, automatically through operating our Services, and from outside sources. Let’s go over the information that we collect.

It’s probably no surprise that we collect information that you provide to us. The amount and type of information depends on the context and how we use the information. Each app requires different levels of permissions and information to process data. Here are some examples:

• Your mobile number is used to authenticate you (via OTP) as an Human. It is also used to map bookmarked Areas, Bins or Sanitation workers for you.
• Crashes are anonymously reported from your devices.
• Your tips of sanitation teams are mapped against your mobile number. In future, if we are able to secure IT exemption for tips given via App, you may claim the benfits of the transactions. We might need your PAN card details to release this though.

Like most online service providers, we collect information that web browsers, mobile devices, and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers, language preference, referring site, the date and time of access, operating system, and mobile network information. We collect log information when you use our Services–for example, when you create or make changes on our website or apps.

We collect some information automatically (through reputed third-party SDK's (Fabric.io, Twitter, Slack, Firebase, AWS, Google Cloud, One Signal, etc):

• Log Information, specifically related to resolution of App Crashes for better user experience
